try getting a primer called gripper by gliddon and after cleaning reall good spray that primer on its verry tough then try spraying on a glossy white oil paint also verry tough I think it will last along time I did this to my pink tub and it seems verry durrable so far, cast iron tubs are much better than the thin sheet metal ones.

So this post is a little old however I thought I would throw in my two cents in a possible option for more cast flow.Instead of selling the income property for approximately $340K, how about taking a heloc out against it.
