That said, so long as there is not paint chipping off the walls or broken / exposed Sheetrock, there shouldn’t be any issue.You are required to provide your tenants with documentation regarding warnings for mold and lead paint when they move into the unit.

Do not sweat broken outlet/switch covers, attic vents that are blocked, outlets that should be GFI (especially if they have a ground present), etc.Good luck

With a pool you should always have it completely fenced off to prevent a neighborhood kid from drowning.I would not assume that the bank whom owns it or the town will care about the broken fence and replace it.
