I don't support $12m/mile for any kind of bike lane,   but long term planning of road infrastructure for more than just cars is a good goal.

we get an email from one of our vendors saying she changed bank accounts send the next draw to this new account.. we call her and no new account and it turned out her computer was hacked and they were monitoring our e mails.. when she requested a draw they sent the phony e mail.. 

Proper management infrastructure involves pay roll personnel on-site, with strategy/accounting/reporting/legal off-site. 

You've recommended his informational products, as have I.Obviously people can't monitor the forum 24/7 but it's unfortunate that people spoke about it after there has been so many people losing their money. 

Have you found that the growth (particularly medical and arts), including population growth, has placed strain on the cities infrastructure, or not necessarily?

Our Mayor, Bill Peduto, is spearheading/encouraging many of the infrastructural improvements such as the "Hyperloop".

Bakersfield is somewhere that is growing with new jobs, new development, and new infrastructure.  

Look for infrastructure and transportation investments, arts/culture and internet access

The meter is connected to the internet and I can monitor water usage by the hour, day, week, month, and year.

The town I invest in has occupancy limits,  meant to maintain the health and safety of the infrastructure.
