As @Cori Bryan alluded to, the owner is just in it upside down and can't let it go for a price that would make it make sense, we're really close, and I hate to see the deal go south over literally a couple thousand but if the numbers don't work, they don't work...

I was born in Bryan so been around this market for quite some time.

@Jose Guevarra  also 20 deals a day I would think is puffing in Santa Barbara county.. if it was Wayne county MI... or other rust belt cities with hundreds if not thousands of derelict homes I could see that.

@Bryan OttesonThe chances are pretty good he could get stationed there.

the entire mid west and rust belt and deep south literally hundreds of thousands of homes to buy at that price point.. its all abou t the team.. you can get an idea looking through TK reivews see properties side by side.. then call the owners and chat about them its free etc
