Are you dropping off a box of receipts or do you have everything well organized in a spreadsheet and sending that over to them?

If a property ticks all your boxes, has potential for added value, and yields the return you want after accounting for the cost of capital, why overlook it just because the rates are considered "high"?

The boxes are the same size but if you read the fine print you'll see that there is less cereal in the box.   

But through determination and perseverance, I overcame those hurdles and emerged stronger and wiser than before.Now, I'm eager to connect with fellow investors who think outside the box.

You would need to spend 500 hours, or 100 hours and more then anyone else, or do all the work yourself to have that material participation box ticked.

If you are interested in screening the porch, you can get aluminum screening which is more resistant to box cutters and switch blades then the standard fiberglass cheapy screens if you want.

Thanks 100%, and an important aspect is the collapse of home building was the best-worst thing that ever happened to me, because I was in that box of fear, uncertainty, doubt, hesitation until I was very literally pushed out of that comfortable box.   

You'll just know the box that they invest in and each deal will fit the parameters that they focus on.
