Columbus is an incredible market (real estate and quality of life)...everyone loves where they live, but it's really exciting to see the growth and expansion of the city here...I wouldn't hesitate to say (besides the weather in the winter ;) Columbus is one of the top 5 cities in the country...my prediction was the population would double 2-yrs ago and everyone laughed...but the city is on track to make it happen.Is there a particular area of the city you'll be focused on?

Also, I like the idea of places where the weather won't beat up on a place, so I'm favoring warmer latitudes (minus CA).

I would try to lower my resell price since he is probably motivated as a seller and has earned two or three times his original price.The age of the house and all of the weather it has been through does concern me as well as the basement condition.( I might be a little biased because I've been in Dallas,Texas all of my life (for 61 years).

So after I factor in costs for vacancy, man't, reserves, etc. if I am getting my desired # or better than I am in.I supposed I could also do the probate thing to hunt down off market deals in my area since MLS deal days are gone, but I search for the path of least resistance for my money and my time.
