I used a yellow letter campaign for the property owners on the tax lien sale list.  

No ads in yellow pages, or anywhere else.

My question is to you experienced investors is if it is even worth sending them a yellow letter or contacting them in someway or would it seem like something they are just holding onto because their company is worth 17 billion in assets and they can do what they want???

I’m interested in rehabbing & buy/holds (the latter especially for long term), and I’ve marketed via yellow letters, calls, networking, bandit signs, etc.

Well I actually put out yellow bandit signs which I did get a lot of grief here on BP for it but anyways I got I 8 calls from putting out 24 signs and I contacted all of them and all it took was one to be motivated enough and for the numbers to be right.

I've talked to many landlords here in East Texas based off my yellow letter campaign and it is pretty clear that rent averages about $.75/sqft for houses between 1000-1500 sqft.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can make my time a little more efficient rather than sending yellow letters?

I sent out one yellow letter and recieved a call from the seller that same day.
