I have around 15 grand saved up right now and will hopefully save another 20 or 25 grand by the time I'm ready to buy my first property. 

A lot of people just don't have the discipline to get things done without the structure of having an office and a traditional boss, so they let the time pass without doing the things that need to be done to scale, and end up right back in that office they hated so much.

If that happens you will want everything to have been set up right.

The analog kind (round dial and pegs) will always start back up right where they left off, which is the right thing to do for shorter outages.If you put in any cameras as part of your security system, check the video from them, if you can, after the first couple of days and nights.

I grew up right by the base, and have a lot of military friends to this day.

I always have my eyes on a few properties for when things line up right.

Throughout the highs and lows of trading, I ended up right where I started repeatedly and didn't end up progressing.

all of the above has happened to anyone who has flipped or built more than a few homes. bottom linemyself included.. to mitigate you own up right away and you make it right.
