Purchasing things like Google Adwords to help drive traffic to your website is extremely costly and doesn't pan out very often. 

I have heard people pour concrete down the toilet, punch holes in the walls, etc because they are unhappy about leaving.

And low flow toilets are only so helpful if people leave their kitchen sinks running .

Smaller ticket items, think water heaters, toilets, vanities, shower fans, light bulbs, switches, river rock, vent covers etc etc.I also spent all hours outside of my W2 working on some aspect of the project from Jul 1 to Aug 15 (spent my birthday dinner sanding floors).

I've already replaced the flooring and toilet in the upstairs bathroom.

We also got a contractor to replace the toilet and kitchen sink with a new one.

I would be interested in hearing more about others experiences with offering lower than the asking price and how it panned out down here.

Our regular Subcontractor Plumber had sent out one of his licensed helpers to set toilets and faucets and was the one who found the problem.

And worst case the deal doesn't pan out and I only lose my earnest money?
