It doesn't take TOO much to bust up the concrete and lay a drain, but you have to make sure the fall gets it to a single point so a lot matters on what the floor in the basement is like.Its usually easier to tackle the problem outside, though.

There is a little mold we have to tackle in the basement and asbestos around a couple of the furnace vents in the basement (scared the cr*p out of me when I first learned that) The inspector who has been working on homes and doing inspections for 40+ years said we can seal that asbestos and it won't be a problem.
