The only way, to close in a LLC and avoid what I previously mentioned regarding Mortgage Products and the subsequent consequences, is the have the seller be the bank using Seller Financing.

If you are happy with his work and service, you may be better served negotiating a lower rate, or some sort of sliding scale than trying to do this on your own and mucking something up.

And arguably, when the melting begins, flat roofs are less likely to have mass chunks of snow slide off... common among pitched roofs, and when it happens, gutters are often damaged or torn down and shrubbery and the like below, may also be damaged.

You want to make sure every adult in the home is a tenant you don't have to worry about.If the mother makes enough money and is planning on covering ALL of the bill, then I might slide on the daughter's lower credit score (assuming that is the case.)
