It would do me no good at all to have the general public to be able to see the details of what I do.

Unit D will be vacant starting in mid-Nov, and original plan is to renovate it to STR standard and to do STR for an experiment.The pictures in unit C came out stunning and I listed it for $1000 just to see if there's any takers.

I was stunned! 

The decor isn't stunning, but they have the formula down pat.   

And the one tenant who had cried hardship, when I stunned her yesterday by offering cash for keys, paid up in full today. 

The tariffs are starting to affect the cost of building materials so that would be a bigger worry than any misguided ideas our C- one party students under the dome come up with.  

Numbers are nice, but I am much more interested in optimizing the facets of the business, automating, best practices, keeping costs low, getting guests longterm in the door and converting to direct book, creating stunning spaces, dealing with risk, etc. 

Anyways, that last park is amazing, some of the homes and porches were stunning to say the least.

I see some absolutely stunning homes on Airbnb/ VRBO.
