As I have often said, I am so very grateful for my buildings and the financial opportunities they give me.I am not a king- I am not some benevolent sovereign who looks down upon his subjects and decides that I shall bestow onto them some gift and trumpet it from the hilltops so that all shall know of my goodness.I am not in need of love- I have family, and as such I know the strength of that bond and the unconditional love that goes with it.

For stocks to ever reach 2009 levels, you'd need two things: 1) The most massive selloff ever seen by both big money and individuals2) Massive deflationMassive deflation could happen for a short period as long as consumers aren't spending...but with the strength of the dollar still as the reserve currency, it likely won't happen.

Businesses after the virus attack are not nearly at full strength which is keeping the unemployment rate up.There are people that are afraid of putting their home up for sale but will need to wait a little more to get more accurate data.

My only regret is I didn't try and take advantage of that opportunity sooner, and now i know that my other two partners share that feeling.My advise is to be patient, work at what you are good at and build your strengths, finance may not be what you bring to the table but you have plenty to bring.
