You would walk into any single, flip renovation or newly done apartment and you would see the same thing gray floors, gray walls, gray kitchen cabinets.

He thinks the lender "botched" the paperwork, but since I can’t see the paperwork, I'm not sure what was "botched".

Obviously, I can't see the small imperfections you're describing in those pictures though.

I can see the logic around the value of small or large places and perhaps that is the win right now.
