The building features three long-term tenants on the upper level, each occupying spaces for over five years, with opportunities for upgrades and rent increases.

The lower level is being built out to house the third location of Arbol Eatery, a grab-and-go restaurant, along with a wellness center and event space.

Some are basically renting out bed space and require tenants to sign an agreement to stay clean, and be tested upon request, with failing the test potentially leading to immediate eviction.

Being a bit newer in the space will come with some challenges there but it's possible for sure.

How about DSTs in the office, retail, etc. spaces?

Though they did ask for a list of owner expectations (with space to write in) in our original agreement and I listed “transparency.”

I have to think a ski town is all about STR  not the opposite They currently have about 100K in the bank that was to be used for a common space amenity, but I suppose could be used for enforcement legally. 

It’s on track to do over 45k gross as a STR with current bookings, but may end up closer to 55k as I get mostly last minute bookings (a lot from contractors needing a big enough space to house their crews).
