I'm not aware of any systems that work without wifi as you'd have to have some kind of cellular reporting system like a SimpliSafe or similar. 

also noting most people arent' aware but the credit score run by a mortgage lender and say a general lender like a bank are actually going to be different scores (and likely slightly different ranges) - with some greater weights on mortgage debt for the mortgage lender Credit Bureau settings

I would also be aware of any state laws related to cryptocurrency that might be active in your market.

If you burn your agent now, who knows how the relationship will be later on.I like the idea of raising the price so all of your closing costs are paid and so is your agent.

From there likely a short spike due to the market being more reserved as the policy starts to take hold and lenders opting to raise rates a bit to be on the safe side while the policy settles itself in the new economic environment.
