Does any one have any leads on lenders who provide loan for groundup constructions and the criteria?

Its normally fee service providers who are the greatest advocates of the program, whether it be agents, PM's, coaches/gurus.

I work with a turnkey provider in Little Rock, and they are offering a 5.99% on all of their properties, even the new construction.

The provider I am using allows for 60 days of continued coverage once construction is completed.

After years of self-managing our single-family rentals, we decided to hire a property manager to provide full service management.

I went through similar experience when I purchase rentals from a turnkey provider in Indianapolis.

We provide new construction rentals and PM (single family, duplexes and Quads) for investors.

As long as there is no "healthcare" being provided (medicine, baths, etc) then it's not regulated by the department of health.
