I’m in a pretty bad situation, wondering if anyone has gone through something similar, and how they got through it.

I know of a few in the PCB Florida area Pretty basic, and I am small scale.

Sorry for derailing the book conversation but I think this topic is pretty interesting especially with the way the market is changing. 

Set the wayback machine a couple of years ago and that was pretty acheivable.

That was the case for me; I'm pretty sure the folks that first put the idea of investing into my head never had a clue!

Overall, it's been pretty profitable. 

Hey Kris, fees will vary in different markets but not by a lot. 10% is pretty normal around here (coastal carolina) & at least for our company, it matters not if they are in-state or out-of-state. 

Never been to Texas so would have to visit there and Utah seems pretty expensive compared to the other 3.

It sounds like you're in a pretty good position with some nice options.
