I researched this segment to discover what types of properties they preferred and where they lived.

For whatever reason my  agent seems to think that my offer won’t get accepted cause “most buyer prefer and will chose non VA” Idfk.

However the town is fighting it and half the town prefer it to stay an idyllic river getaway in the Western Catskills which I understand . 

-I have preferred to do assignments as I think it's easier.

I would much prefer separate, maintained units.

The property was managed and we were new at real estate, so preferred having property management at the time.  

I know that the likelihood of a confrontational tenant seeking us out is low, though this doesn’t mean that I or others should not look for as many avenues as possible to avoid such problems if that is our preference.  

While some may prefer a single treatment, opting for an annual plan with quarterly visits often pays off, especially if termites are common in your area.

I prefer platforms like Airbnb and VRBO  that we normally use during the busy months.

There are so many boutique level asset niches you could get into, and that in of itself with likely send you to specific meetups and events to kickstart things.
