I was using the app but couldn't figure it out. 

For example, the arm of our business today offering the full services of a management company to just under 500 doors, utilizes online management software, owner/tenant portals, online tenant screening, advertising and applications, online PDF fillable leases, electronic signatures, walk through inspection apps, online maintenance coordination, lots of texting, etc.

We have automatic door locks, automatic check-in / check-out messaging (AirGMS), automatic pricing tools (Outswitch), and a cleaning staff that is starting to learn how to use our apps to coordinate themselves. 

I would just download an app for your phone.  

There were supposed to be spaces and new paragraphs but the app seems to delete those when I post.

I had luck because the property I purchased was a distressed fannie mae property listed in HomePath app.

Also, note that there are ways to fake the required debit card transactions and direct deposits, I use cash app and ACHs.

The mobile app doesn't allow for paragraphs I guess?

Also i run my entire rental process via an online application. i have never had anyone not fill out the app after expressing firm interest.
