For this one, I'd say a fix/flip is definitely the "easier" way of getting into the game vs. new build but it still has its pros/cons.

The API to VRBO sometimes is a issue but since most my business is on Airbnb its not a huge game changer.

In my opinion, this is much more effective than texting, which often feels like a constant game of cat and mouse with phone carriers.
