I can't imagine using trailers for clean outs. the guy that died had crap load of playboy mags and air force mags in the attic.  

There is no possible way to tell, it's a crap shoot.  

If her accounts ONLY have income, and have NO expenses, it should take like 1-2 paystubs for her to have a crap ton more money with her name on it.- Pay all that CC debt back and set everything right the day you get your keys. - Look at kids college fund accounts and the like that already have her name on it.

So I think the take away is just help people and give free information... if they want to buy from you then they will, if they don't then the crap your selling just ininst that good.

As she said "I moped the crap out of it", I just installed my first vinyl plank, will know in a couple of renters how this works out.

It's hard to come up with 20% down when the crap shacks are 600k, but this is the market I live in. 

I am waiting for the resident experts to come in and crap all over it. 

Jack Forester you should have done the lease option yourself, then this company wouldn't be middle manning the crap out of you.

The well is a crap shoot...asking the neighbors about their well depth may give you some indication.  

I cannot speak for Canada, but the crap you posted is dangerous in the United States in general, and even more dangerous in some states.
