Hi @Clay Gregord, initially your and your partner's personally credit-worthiness and ability to guarantee the loan will be the primary factor in the bank's determination of "go/no-go". 

Next to that is a tablet (with a bunjee lock thingie attaching it to the table/wall) and the words "pick me up!" 

But there's pictures and age (newer then 1975 ish) can filter out bad things like clay/iron sewer, galvanized plumbing, flat roofs just on age.
