I'm doing a refi on a multi-family building right now with a lender I found here on the BiggerPockets Lender Finder - https://www.biggerpockets.com/business/finder/lenders They've been able to help me get a DSCR loan which others on this post have mentioned and they've been pretty quick should be able to close before the new year in less than 3 weeks from when I started the process!

If you know where any more notes are that can be acquired for $.10-$.20 on the dollar please let me and I might change my business model to a Note investor. :-)

To navigate the nuance in the laws properly for compliance and to accurately structure our LLC, I am looking to consult with an attorney who knows immigration + business + tax laws. 

Are you open to working with contractors, or do you stick with established businesses only?

My focus is on providing either turnkey-style space for those interested in temporary, infrequent use or long-term leasing for business folks who require conference room space (or perhaps event space).  

Im old school...my cpa is in the building next door and I like doing business face to face.

Thats how it makes sense from a business perspective.

It seems that often when companies acquire large books of business in one shot there are growing pains and unfortunately those are felt at the client level.

They take good care of the properties, but there's not enough attention given to pricing strategy and they spend money like nobody's business (not a problem when they were spending their own money on the master lease model, but a BIG problem when they were suddenly spending OUR money as the PM).
