There is a lot more risk, but this game (RE) is full of risk and I've found that those who are willing to take the greater risk are the ones who usually come out with the larger rewards......This is true in life generally. 

So, my feedback is do a hybrid of things....flip, hard money lend, be a LP in a syndication deal, travel, play tons of basketball/exercise, work jobs that interest you, and have periods of rest.

I wanted high level idea What you are asking is the equivalent of asking who will win the National title in college basketball this year.There is no "high level idea". 

We ended up marketing the home with this insanely large concrete pad with its own driveway with nothing on it as a home with a "basketball court."

I actually am an assistant basketball coach for a high school team and have some big goals for me team as well.
