I enjoy myself some CP3 and Shai Gilgeous Alexander OKC Thunder basketball, which makes me a bit more excited about the idea of investing there.

There is a lot more risk, but this game (RE) is full of risk and I've found that those who are willing to take the greater risk are the ones who usually come out with the larger rewards......This is true in life generally. 

So, my feedback is do a hybrid of things....flip, hard money lend, be a LP in a syndication deal, travel, play tons of basketball/exercise, work jobs that interest you, and have periods of rest.

I wanted high level idea What you are asking is the equivalent of asking who will win the National title in college basketball this year.There is no "high level idea". 

Here's what I do daily: - drink a liter of water with a scoop of wheatgrass as soon as I wake up (this helps me get ready for the day, wakes me up and hydrates me) - do some form of exercise - ride my bike around town, run, lift weights, play basketball, etc - read something - right now I'm reading a book on TED Talks to help me become a better public speaker - look at my vision board which is a big poster on my wall, the background on my phone and the background on my laptop (it would be impossible to miss it!) 

Please pardon me if that seems callous and selfish but I’m a republican capitalist so I don’t believe in ~hope and change~You see I’m not smart enough to play the stock market ( I can barely string sentences together on this message board) and I can’t throw a piece of inflated leather 80 yards  down a field , or slam dunk a basketball so looks like I’m stuck renting out these dumpy houses to idiots with non opposing thumbs to make extra money for the remainder of my life .
