I'd love to see their actual itemized cost estimation because getting access to that type of estimation software is $1k a year and not worth the added expense

I'm looking into getting a Pro membership through the BiggerPockets podcast, and I'm researching the property management software they offer.

I'm looking for a software that can use my quickbooks online account and give me real time up to date visability on my properties. 

I'm withholding a pro rated rent amount for the time the property was held and an admin fee for getting her set up with all the documents and managment software.

property management is a tough business. it's more about economies of scale. do they use software?

It is the easiest software to get help with as you scale, and the easiest to delegate to a professional.
