They'll cut out drywall in her unit, to access plumbing underneath your unit, come upstairs and repair your problem (if need be) then seal up her ceiling, patch and prime, then send you the bill!

hey there  im a long time listener to bigger pockets. and im about manage my first rental property. my family and I are upgradeing to a new home in Bothel washington.. and planning to Rent my property in West seattle. i haved a few question:1. how would i calculate what i should charge for rent2. does anyone who lives near my area know of  a service that can make my house look rentable. patch holes from picture frames and clean carpet?

Make the future tenant go through the headache of taking care of the satellite dishes.Make sure you patch up any screw holes with wet-patch when you remove the dishes though (if installed on the roof)!
