hey there im a long time listener to bigger pockets. and im about manage my first rental property. my family and I are upgradeing to a new home in Bothel washington.. and planning to Rent my property in West seattle. i haved a few question:1. how would i calculate what i should charge for rent2. does anyone who lives near my area know of a service that can make my house look rentable. patch holes from picture frames and clean carpet?

Make the future tenant go through the headache of taking care of the satellite dishes.Make sure you patch up any screw holes with wet-patch when you remove the dishes though (if installed on the roof)!

I'd suggest checking out Patch of Land as they have a innovative crowd funding platform and they evaluate each deal to ensure they believe it will be successful (another set of checks and balances especially for a new flipper).
