Will we eventually establish roots to either permanently live someplace else or become snow birds?

From weather damage snow is the biggest issue it seems .

We have someone on staff who incessantly follows up agents.

The location is 10 mins from a major ski resort (Okemo) and within 45 mins or less from 5 more (Bromley, Magic, Stratton, Killington and Mt Snow).

My dad and grandpa went a few times when vacationing (snow birds) in Florida.

Now it’s zero since my net worth is snow balling from saving when I was younger.

@Scott M.Thanks Scott, Exactly I meant Laundry area where most of the plumbing drain lines are there and parking area as well to monitor amount of snow accumulation and bad weed plants growth on the curb side to get them removed with the help of a handyman.

I lived and managed a 3 family home owned by my brother where I cleaned, minor fixes things, painted the floor where I lived and left better than I got it, I also took care of renters, collected rent, cut grass, and cleaned snow in winter for a fair trade of really low rent where I was able to save money while learning to manage a rental property.

I also received a copy of the lease which seemed very basic but had the terms, security deposit, rent, and states tenant is responsible for utilities, Lawn care/snow removal.

Then they have a dog that howls incessantly.
