Besides Google and Yellow Pages, is there a specific strategy/questions I should use/ask?

I picture us potentially having one site that goes on our marketing materials - like yellow letters and postcards - and another site for business cards/networking.So do you then have a couple of sites?

Hi BP community-I'm starting out, marketing to a list of 600 absentee owners with 50% equity in properties, and wanted to try something a bit different than the traditional yellow letter/postcard approach.So, I've sent postcards with nothing but a web address written.

Inventory is so low that I've resorted to yellow letters, and I've been in many multiple offer situations where I was outbid despite bidding 10k+ above list price.

I placed it on a state highway, right up against the post for a road sign (one of those yellow signs with the curved arrow indicating that there is a curve ahead).

A lot of folks on Bigger Pockets can provide information on direct mail (yellow letter) campaigns.

I have taken action and sent out some yellow letters but I haven't received a response.

What do you think works better as a return address when mailing yellow letters out of state?
