The furniture in the unit is ours, so we are responsible for that.We do get a separate lessee insurance policy on the furniture and such that we've placed in the condo, and we require our sub-lessees to get a policy as well.

I think the most important thing when trying to rent a unit is quickness to respond.

Real Estate is get rich slowly, $150k to invest is an amazing place to be and a great achievement, but it's also not going to produce a life changing amount of cash flow every year.

Find one thing you can do rn to achieve that first goal.

What we can suggest is just to use the original lease agreement, and where the unit is, just to put "Garage" and add that the only garage is rented.

Typically people receiving SS benefits won't qualify unless your house/unit is low income.  

However if I do a BRRRR I can achieve infinite return by extracting all of my investment.
