We did not need to evict any tenants, but the undesirable tenants left on their own once they learned our management style wasn't to their liking.

The shelves in the mud room, for example, is something you could do in a weekend and not add it to the contractor's scope.

Is there any reason that you exclude properties in the undesirable neighborhood?

It could properly suck air and I could not see the plugged up innards of the pipe.Have also seen plugged up vents from mud daubers, birds, dead squirrels,,,you name it so IF it wasnt done correctly the first time it MIGHT be an issue.Now as to your question as to if you have to replace all the way up thru the roof? 

I apologize if you felt shunned by our niche/boxy product, but it's always best practice to give you a quick and confident "I'm sorry, we can't do this deal.." than it is to drag you through the mud on a deal that we can't close in the end. 

In the renter's policy, the property owner (and we, the management company) must be indemnified against any/all aggressive behavior by the dog.There is a list promulgated by the Insurance Institute of, shall we say "un-desirable" or dangerous breeds of dog. 

They're generally not undesirable.
