If it is, you have bigger problems LOL   I started paying off rentals last year. 19 units free and clear and I like it much better than getting 10 more tenants and toilets. 

I'd want someone to have my back.Second, if I were to "forget" to mention those kinds of things, my reputation would be in the toilet as fast as you can say "Yelp".I'd bet most good agents would do exactly the same thing. 

I think either decision will eventually pan out if you have a good property in a good neighborhood. 

If you enjoy spending your time at the river with a pan in your hand, you can occasionally find a nugget of gold, but the guy that builds the flour mill is much more likely to feed his family well.

A couple of years ago I posted a question regarding the best toilets for rental properties.

I'm so lucky to have a girlfriend who had stopped by to check on it and use the bathroom that she had closed my valves on the sink after using toilet!

This is not size dependent at all, we have seen big cities and small towns go in the toilet and more will follow, while others will prosper. 

Not one single number ever printed on paper has to pan out or necessarily will pan out.
