Did USAA give you a specific list of renovations they want done?

Have you taken the time to search AirBNB and VRBO in those specific areas to see how many STRs are operating?

I have talked with a few MTR specific investors recently who are transitioning their properties to long term rentals because they are sitting vacant.

There are restrictions and unhosted seem to be illegal - https://www.longbeach.gov/globalassets/lbcd/media-library/do...They say that it isn't specifically prohibited but it is banned by the omission.
