The reason most brokerages arnt into this is because if 25% of your transactions are you as a principal or representing family members, then most e&o policies will not cover you. 

I would ask that you try to represent my position fairly before criticizing it. 

Some will attend themselves others will have a representative like their Investment officer attend on their behalf.

The profit piece will vary based on the individual investor but should be representative of the amount of work and risk it will take to execute on the strategy. 

If you are looking at crime data for the entire city of Pueblo, it's not going to be representative of Pueblo West.

If you represent hundreds of owners each individual owner has to know they are not your first concern.
