@Tyler Brown - If you don't want to do 2 leases (which is what I do) you can do a amendment in June - releasing person C from the lease and adding person DThe reality is people will leave if they want, regardless of if there is a lease.

Call your attorney and have them start procedings.Regarding the other tenant, you may have to release him from his obligation on the lease if he is providing reasonable proof (restraining order, police report, etc) of a risk of harm or danger.
