@Curt Davis  in part thank BP for all these folks running around thinking they can be in the bizz and wholesale properties when they have not a clue.A true wholesaler has CASH buys the asset then resells it.. any one flipping contract is just a bird dog and lowest rung on the totem pole in the investing world.But hey got to start somewhere. 

In terms of the mayors role I am sure we could debate debate his leadership - I was simply referring to his ability to open up the city to business development since he took over.

The areas I can say I excel at is leadership, team building, problem solving, and multitasking.

You probably lived and learned more about leadership in your time in the Army than most people with a BA in business.

I’m sure my posts make it clear how green I am at this, so I can’t yet provide the leadership she needs in order to make the observations a trained eye makes.
