I own 93 acres with a fully stocked, private large pond/small lake in a coveted area of the Triangle in NC where you can't find this much acreage available, and I would like to know the best way to partner with a development company or other organization to create a high end, beautiful community on this site.

I'm about to buy a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom  in Locust Lake Village for short-term rentals (Airbnb).

As a newbie, I have acquired three lovely City lots in a cozy little Colorado town close to the second largest lake here in the state with the closest sky resorts being just ninety minutes to Telluride and forty-five minutes to Durango.

I've worked with investors around Lake Tahoe and Reno, NV because they did not want the hassle of flying across the country to manage a rental but still wanted to be close to CA.

We have a 3 day stay minimum and 25 or older.Our house is pretty rural on Lake Coeur d'Alene so we don't want a one or 2 day stay.

Now I notice it had some leaking in the 1st floor bathroom coming from the 2nd floor, which seller made it seem like it was small leak coming from alleged old bath tub.
