I think they messed up the demand for the vaccine when they started saying that even if you had COVID that you can get it again because the immunity does not seem to last. 

The only reason that the US has been immune to the global slowdown is that Americans are still spending like crazy.

OH GOD. but also explain one more thing - are single family home more immune?  

Buy and hold investments are naturally immune to cycles.

Does it matter to me if the price of automobiles is climbing rapidly?

Collectively we've been sold an "american dream" that has been shaped by a surplus of land, relatively low population levels, racism, cheap financing, and automobiles.
