Rehabbing there (anywhere else on the planet for that matter) is very different than it is here.Here people build houses like crap, a hurricane flattens everything and they again build houses with wood, sticks and sheetrock.Just doesn't add up... but that also means removing a wall is as easy as pie opening the kitchen up.

The good workers would leave for greener pastures on their own.Some tech companies went so far as to put their workers in the bottom 10% of the performance reviews on a six-month probation.

Im also interested in green renovation and alternative building that not only provides housing for people but also takes care of the planet.

The grass is not greener.

@Dennis M. my thought process is that sometimes tenants think the other side of the grass is greener.

The company is still working through the details of the offer but with me being on the other side of the planet it would be hard to self manage my properties!
