That seems to be my biggest speed bump.

It'll also help speed things up once you actually find a property you would like to put an offer on.

It was entertaining, there was some good content, they also do a "speed networking" thing where you can talk to like 40 people in half an hour.

Some of that learning is just getting up to speed on investor basics, but other bits of knowledge may be less well known or obvious.
