Possibly f the bank offers rehab lending, but this will be a 2 step process.

I have another profession so don't want to have a f/t career in RE per se, but my husband and I have almost completed our first flip in Memphis and I would like to use it in our business and maybe work other deals. 

I saw couple of people not happy with their tax lien business offerings but wanted to see if anyone invested in their f&f program.
