To be honest, the several avenues you can take within investing along with the plethora of knowledge on BP, makes all this feel like drinking through a fire-hose.

It is my first time visiting there, and I would love to connect with local investors, turnkey and BRRR service providers, or anyone who just want to grab a drink in downtown and chat real estate.

Rocco Deltaco Bergen Lafayette neighborhood in Jersey City may be a good option for you but I drink a man being really familiar with the neighborhood because some streets are still very sketchy, other parts of the neighborhood are definitely seeing a revitalization
