Happy Thursday  I am trying to find a local RE attorney in or around Keene NH and not sure which forum to post in. 

With my architecture background and keen entrepreneurial spirit I know I will make a great investor I just have to get the ball rolling!

The banks aren't too keen on a balloon agreement and the sellers would like to be paid off in 1-2 years.

So I am brand new and keen to dive into the world of real estate investing and as I've been educating myself the topic of financing has come up again and again.

This way they can see the house in comfort but also potentially run into other interested parties, which creates some urgency for action.If there are less than 3-4 tenants who are likely to show, it's a waste of time doing an open house unless you are really keen on an applicant.

I've pretty much reached my financial goals, and not too keen on managing more properties.

I'm keen for them in the future, and might make it for a little while next week. 

I'm not too keen on selling, so think this may be the time for a mgmt company.  

Now, I feel like I've skimmed the surface on many strategies talked about on BiggerPockets, and am keen to learn more about buying with low/no money down, flipping, BRRRR, etc.

I'm a part time though avid investor from NJ. i have keen interest in flipping, value buys, wholesaling and buy and hold.
