This means around the 1st of the year there is a temporary boom of unqualified renters entering the market and to make matters worse the temperature normally drops tremendously which increases the danger of frozen pipes or high utility bills (choose one or the other) insurance agents tend to frown upon vacancies...

They have numerous evictions, a theft record, the good tenant says they steal her stuff and their kids pull pieces of the house off (siding corners), and best for last, when they failed to pay the electric and it got turned off, they switched the meters, which of course is dangerous and put the good tenant in a mess with the electric co that was sending her the bills!!!

It might be worth considering though, that this is an affluent area of an expensive state (CA) and might be a lot harder, financially, to break in to.Area B: This is not a distinct area, but a general idea.
