I contacted these people  and they wanted me to fill out an application, they wanted tax returns bank statements a copy of drivers license articles of incorporation, I even think they wanted a copy of my drivers license they wanted my ein number.

Then once a price is agreed on, a full contract is put together with earnest money.Hopefully you can incorporate one, or both, of these.

Primarily because such services, although they provide paperwork that is likely to get you past your incorporation body in your state, do not necessarily reflect what is either;A) In your best interestB) The best asset protection plan for you.I would always recommend using an attorney for incorporation efforts.

I was just curious, and apologies if I missed it somewhere, but how did you incorporate a fee for yourself since the seller owner-financed to your end buyer?

The tenant can pull up a truck and move desks and chairs in the middle of the night pretty easily and skip town.Medical office is a different animal.

Many real estate commissions will enforce the NAR Code of Ethics and have incorporated them in their regulations.
