Considering a deal in Bushwick, Ridgewood (I know that's technically Queens) Bedstuy, Crown Heights.

I am not too familiar with Hamilton, ONBut I heard that there are some areas/neighbourhoods that I should avoid.Are "Crown Point East" or "Delta" safe?
