Both trustworthy and reliable! 

I recently bought an investment property in Smithfield, NC about 35 minutes outside of Raleigh and I wanted to see if anyone in the BP community had any good relationships w/ trustworthy PM's in the area.  

I'm looking to purchase a property and want a reasonable price, but quality and trustworthiness is much more important.Thanks in advance for your help.

Our realtor knows the seller and feel he's trustworthy in what he tells us for what it's worth. 

(Don't get buried with debt that could choke a horse by going to an out of state private school, If your passion is to teach elementary school, there are more economical ways to get your degree to make that happen.) 2) Explore new things to find something you are passionate about. 3) Observe & learn what drives human behavior 4) Learn how to use a Financial Calculator & understand how powerful a tool it is in your financial life. 5) Build & maintain good habits 6) Develop great relationships, surround yourself with trustworthy, hardworking, honest, & passionate people. 7) Develop a thirst for knowledge & never stop learning.

Then also inform them that this is also your business and you need to make a profit and since they have shown that they are not trustworthy that you will not present them with any deals in the future and will advise all of your colleagues to do the same.I'd also let your friend know the situation.  

I’d like to utilize this time by acquiring rental property in Wilmington North Carolina ( I currently have a strong trustworthy relationship with a local agent, and my father in law is a general contractor there ).

Focus on growing your network and being someone trustworthy and reliable in the business. 

Anyone have a trustworthy contractor they can recommend?

If I've built a relationship with someone in this real estate arena, it's because we demonstrated to each other we are trustworthy to some degree, and in order to maintain that relationship, we put effort into maintaining that trust.
