I have an STR in Wilmington and am thinking of expanding to an oceanfront 1 bedroom condo in Carolina Beach (south end).

The city of San Diego has STR quotas but only the Mission Beach area is at its quota limits. 

And connect as a go-to buyer to "get-in-early" as a ready "pocket-buyer" they can simple serve these to on a silver platter....

What is the best beach market to invest in for strong appreciation and break even cash flow???

Plus access to the small beach for the lake.HOA was pretty high and it made it tougher to make a profit plus the board was kind of volatile. 

I am having trouble finding a reliable, efficient, easy to get a hold of, and good handyman work.Usually, people located in Virginia Beach do not want to make the trek out to downtown Suffolk.

With fire, we heat our homes, run our cars, cook our food and make smores at the beach. 

There is a community in Apollo Beach that does build a net zero home, it's called Waterset. 

These places are closer, cheaper and the beaches (and land) are nicer.
