We settled on a price with them for about $134,000, so that is the amount of our loan.  

If I had to go to court, I am comfortable that I would win at least $1600 but obviously I'd rather settle and be done with it.

I have already started scoping out some meet-ups and plan on attending as soon as I get settled in. 

I own property in an OZ in North Hollywood that I plan to pitch to OZ funds to develop once all the IRS and Treasury rules / guidelines dust settles.

My experience with Heights is it is still closely connected with the military, but usually where higher ranking soldiers settle in with families.
