I've been living with my sister who is now married, so Im respecting their privacy by moving out.

My wife concerns the privacy and safety.

I would do it myself but I like the added privacy of having a registered agent.  

However this is almost impossible to obtain because the HOA won’t tell you about fees someone else owes for privacy reasons.

The way I see it the two biggest draws to SFH for tenants is not sharing walls and privacy of their own yard.

Didn't suggest any documentation I should ask for, just said it may be protected by a judge order for privacy purposes so I may not be able to get anything anyway.

Typically trustees won't talk to snyone but the note holder...privacy laws I assume.

I have a hard time visualizing the target market for a property this big. in Laurel, MD, I have found that large properties with some privacy from the road, tend to attract a certain class that will lease out rooms (and even closets!)

I was also focussed on personal investment at the time (learning and ramping up skills for the job).

The privacy fence needs mending but I thought about tearing it down.
